The skill set that we employ in our Press Room is unmatched. Our Pressmen look at each project as more than just ink and paper but as a vision that they can help bring to life. With all the years of experience possessed by our Pressmen we encourage them to interact with you and our production staff, giving input to ensure the highest level of quality.

Our Pressroom is equipped with the latest multi-color presses and offers in-line double coating towers for Aqueous and UV coatings. Coating allows us to handle the sheet as soon as it comes off the press so we can save critical time and go directly into the Bindery for finishing. In addition to flooding the sheet with Aqueous or UV coatings we give you even more options to add depth, dimension and interest to your marketing pieces, by applying spot UV.

On our 40" ManRoland 700 with a running speed of 15,000 sheets per hour with double-diameter impression cylinders and transverters we have the ability to print on a wide range of substrates, including synthetic stocks, and thicknesses up to 28 Pt. With features like Auto Plate Loading (APL), CIP3 Prepress interfaced closed loop color control, Delta Effect debris removal dampening system, allowing us to run clean hickey free sheets, we are able to have much shorter make readies, superior print quality and quicker turnaround schedules.

We are always looking for ways to conserve resources and help the environment. We commonly use recycled paper and soy based inks. Our waste is recycled whether it be paper, chemicals or plates. The stock used for "make-ready" on your printed projects is even reused for multiple runs. These efforts together enable us to save money thus allowing us to pass the savings along to you.
